Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Community Health Charities or one of our member agencies. Whether you can give one hour per month or one day per week, volunteering is a great way to make a difference. Please fill out the following form to indicate what types of activities you are interested in, and someone will be in contact with you soon.

In addition to the volunteer opportunities listed on our calendar of events, many of our members provide direct patient services which you can utilize.
